100 gram self-rising flour
175 gram SweetLife Xylitol (sugar replacement) + 10g SweetLife Icing Xylitol (sugar powder replacement) for topping
150 gram oatmeal
150 gram butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Orgran egg replacement for baking (or 1 egg)
Preheat oven to 180℃
Melt the butter in a pan.
Mix the self-rising flour, SweetLife xylitol, oatmeal, lemon juice, egg and cinnamon in a bowl (with a wooden spatula.) Add butter, and mix well.
Put the mixture in a springform pan (+- 24cm) and bake approximately for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle SweetLife Icing Xylitol over the cake for a finish touch.
